Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive agency-facing digital platforms, manage backlogs, and ensure business value delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into user stories, and guide end-to-end delivery in an agile environment.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in related roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience across regulated industries.

Qualificações

7+ years in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Functional Consulting, or Digital Transformation roles.

Responsabilidades

Serve as Product Owner for agency-facing digital platforms and manage backlog and business value delivery.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into user stories and specifications.
Lead end-to-end delivery across Agile/SDLC including requirements, UAT, testing, deployment and support.
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage production support and continuous improvement to ensure platform stability and issue resolution.
Collaborate with business, technology and leadership to deliver solutions that boost agency productivity.
