Job summary

Job description

It’s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they’re doing! IT Infrastructure Operations & Support Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Windows-based desktop and server infrastructure within the Active Directory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
• Management of core Microsoft services, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP.
• Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
• Management of user access rights, permissions, and shared resources, including printers.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of Windows-related technical issues.
• Performing routine server health checks, maintenance, and optimization.
• Managing backup and restoration processes for critical servers and systems.
• Administration and monitoring of endpoint protection and antivirus solutions.
• Management and configuration of firewall policies and access control rules.
• Troubleshooting network security and firewall-related issues.
• Administration and support of Windows desktop PCs and servers within a networked environment.

Desktop Support, Maintenance & Implementation

• Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for end-user computing devices to ensure the reliability and availability of IT services supporting daily business operations.
• Responsibilities include planning and executing PC refresh programs, evaluating and implementing hardware and software upgrades, and standardizing office productivity applications and operating systems across the organization.

IT Security Management

• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through the timely deployment of security updates, patches, and vulnerability remediation measures.
• Coordinate and manage bi-annual penetration testing exercises with external security vendors, and work closely with stakeholders to address identified risks and recommendations.

Project Coordination & Implementation

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions that support business growth and operational requirements.
• Responsibilities include planning, procurement, deployment, and implementation of IT infrastructure components such as servers, network equipment, desktop PCs, and printers for both existing and new office locations.
• Support project-based initiatives from planning through implementation to ensure successful delivery and operational readiness.

Special Assignments

• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager and Senior Manager from time to time.
• Provide support for special projects, operational initiatives, and strategic assignments to facilitate the successful completion of departmental objectives and business requirements.
