Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a dedicated professional to own and manage Global Planning Systems and MES within the Global PFP portfolio. You will define roadmaps, lead multi-site initiatives, and drive digitalization and process optimization in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong PL/SQL/Oracle skills and experience with MES solutions, plus a collaboration mindset to align requirements across global sites. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

Requires Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
5–8 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment is desirable.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database is mandatory.
Proficient in web technologies such as VB.NET, C#.NET, web services, SOAP and XML.
Experience with MES software solutions such as Workstream, PROMIS, FactoryWorks, OPSCenter, SiView or FAB300 is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the lifecycle of Global Planning Systems, MES and other OT solutions under Global PFP portfolio.
Define system roadmap and drive improvements to meet business requirements and technology sustainability.
Lead medium to large projects across Global Sites for planning and MES systems upgrades, migration, and digitalization.
Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders to align functional requirements across sites.
Author business and technical specifications and solution designs for new and existing systems.
