Job summary

UST Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with proven MES delivery expertise to lead manufacturing technology initiatives in a production-critical environment. This role focuses on planning, governance and end-to-end project delivery across IT, OT, automation, equipment and vendors.

Responsibilities include leading MES implementations (Camstar/CMF), defining scope and milestones, and maintaining integrated plans across requirements, testing, cutover and go-live while ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/project experience in manufacturing environments.
• Must have led at least one MES implementation end-to-end.
• Strong governance, change control and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and acceptance criteria for MES programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering requirements, interfaces, data readiness and testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, OT, automation, equipment and vendors.
• Ensure MES requirements align with production processes and ERP interactions.
• Establish a disciplined governance model with cadence, reviews and escalation routes.
