Job summary

Medtronic plc is hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst (Manufacturing Execution System) for our Kulim site in Kedah, Malaysia. The role orchestrates business requirements, process designs, and MES implementations across manufacturing operations, ensuring robust integrations with ERP and shop-floor systems.

You will partner with diverse teams to translate needs into actionable specifications and drive project milestones.

Qualifications

5-7 years of IT experience or related field.
Experience in business process definition, modelling, requirements definition and technology solution research.
Experience facilitating small to large groups through discussions.
Experience with MES implementations in ongoing development and support.
Experience with MES integrations to manufacturing equipment and ERP/labelling systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, processes, and data relationships to sustain operations and align across geographies.
Define business requirements related to technology and communicate with multiple functional areas.
Facilitate process development and improvement activities and develop solution strategies.
Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and track progress.
Ensure validation documentation and SDVLC processes are followed.
