Senior IT Business Analyst - MES & ERP Solutions

Job summary

Medtronic Malaysia is initiating a new venture and seeks an experienced IT professional to help shape its data, processes, and technology solutions. You will analyze business requirements, coordinate across functions, and implement MES-related concepts to improve manufacturing operations.

You will partner with end-users and business partners to translate needs into actionable specifications, develop robust solutions, and ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT or related experience.
• Experience in business process definition, modelling, requirements definition and technology solution Research.
• Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions.
• Experience with MES ( Manufacturing Execution System ) Implementations ongoing development and support.
• Product Transfers onboarding IT activities.
• Experience with MES ( Manufacturing Execution System ) Integrations to Manufacturing Equipment's and Other Applications ( ERP, Labelling etc).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships/configurations to sustain operations and align processes across units/geographies.
• Communicate with numerous functional areas and define business requirements related to technology.
• Facilitate process development and improvement activities.
• Plan and implement concepts, techniques, and standards that support the strategic objectives of the applicable group.
• Work with end-users and business partners to assess requirements and guide them to applicable processes and products.
• Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems and refer to established precedents and policies.
• Communicate program vision to project teams and key stakeholders; ensure sponsorship and engagement.
• Create project plans including timelines and milestones and track progress.
• Communication planning, information distribution, performance reporting, and administrative closure.
• Ensure proper validation documentation is created for all projects (SDVLC).
• Provide detailed functional knowledge and maintain insight to current industry best practices.
