Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a Senior Account Relationship Manager (Commercial Islamic) to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate loans. You will strengthen existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and deliver tailored Islamic banking solutions to meet client needs.

You will work closely with client coverage teams and product partners across the Group to drive growth, cross-sell solutions, and maintain high service standards while monitoring credit quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of corporate banking experience.
• Preferably Certified Credit Professional or Omega CSA.
• Strong marketing, business development, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, organized and strong relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of corporate clients.
• Develop and execute business development plans to grow the portfolio.
• Identify, initiate and assess new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Deepen existing client relationships by understanding business needs and providing banking solutions.
• Drive cross-selling across the Bank and RHB Group’s products and services.
• Maintain regular client visits and engagements to stay informed of market developments.
• Monitor and proactively manage the loan portfolio to maintain sound credit quality.
• Collaborate with Client Coverage Team and product partners on account planning.
• Deliver high service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
