Job summary

Dart is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Analyst to support full investment operations lifecycle, including trade processing, settlements, cash management, and reporting. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, controls, and collaboration with custodians and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA or CFA or working towards (advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment operations or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Process security transactions, settlements, cash movements and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and portfolio performance analysis using Excel and other tools.
• Distribute trade, cash and operational instructions to custodians, brokers, banks and counterparties.
• Maintain investment records, pricing data and master data; support data-driven decision making.
• Investigate operational exceptions and lead resolutions and escalation.
• Support collateral movements and monitor exposures under ISDA and CSA agreements.
• Contribute to system and reporting enhancements, testing and automation.
• Monitor sanctioned, restricted, and prohibited securities per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and counterparties to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Serve as a resource for operational processes and training.
