invites a senior Investment Operations professional to supervise a junior team, coach day-to-day activities, and drive key initiatives, including Bloomberg AIM data feeds and daily BAU tasks. You will lead the full trade lifecycle from front to back, ensure compliance, manage trade settlement, collateral, cash and position management, and collaborate on ISDA/CSA agreements and regulatory requests.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in middle office operations, collateral support, trading processing.
• Solid knowledge of financial products.
• Advanced knowledge of Bloomberg AIM is required.
• Experience with collateral management, ISDA and CSA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily investment operations and BAU tasks.
• Lead end-to-end trade lifecycle from front to back operations.
• Coach junior team members and guide escalation.
• Manage trade settlement, pre/post-trade support, and confirmations.
• Oversee collateral management and disputes.
• Coordinate ISDA/CSA agreements and regulatory requests.
• Support month-end close and process improvements.
