We are seeking a highly capable and performance-driven Senior Investment Executive/Manager to support and drive KAIB's investment and trading activities. This role sits at the core of the bank's investment function and reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), providing hands-on involvement in execution, portfolio monitoring, and strategy support across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute investment and trading activities, including order execution, settlement, and reporting
• Monitor positions, transactions, and risk exposure across multiple asset classes
• Coordinate closely with trading, brokerage, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
• Prepare investment reports, performance analysis, and market insights for management
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Support system processes, operational improvements, and automation initiatives
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and supporting portfolio strategy execution

About you

• 7–12 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on investment, proprietary trading, or portfolio management, including at least 2–3 years in banking or investment banking
• Proven experience in trading or supporting execution across multiple asset classes
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
• Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and investment strategies
• Experience within regulated financial institutions is an advantage
• High integrity with the ability to meet Fit and Proper expectations
