Keysight Technologies in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Inventory/Procurement leader to drive global monthly material projections, optimize safety stock, and minimize excess and obsolescence. You will leverage Spotfire, Incorta, and Power BI to transform complex inventory data into actionable insights, partner with Product Line, Program Office, and Operations Finance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, CS, Data Science, or Supply Chain is required.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategic procurement, inventory or supply chain management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business sense with understanding of planning fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global monthly raw material inventory projections.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development of comprehensive monthly inventory projections on a global scale for raw material.
2. Leverage advanced data visualization and analytical tods such as Spotfire, Incorta, and Power Bl to meticulously process and analyze complex inventory data.
3. Provide detailed analysis and comprehensive inventory-related reports to key business partners, including Product Line, Program Office and Operations Finance, ensuring transparent communication of critical insights.
4. Conduct in-depth reviews and take proactive measures based on inventory profiling and aging criteria, ensuring the maintenance of an optimized inventory with minimized risk.
5. Conduct a meticulous review and optimization of safety stock settings for raw materials, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining an effective balance between inventory levels and supply risk mitigation strategies.
6. Effectively manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and Contract Material (CM) excess claims on a quarterly basis, implementing strategic disposition methods to minimize losses and maximize recovery.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Data Science ,Supply Chain, or equivalent.
2. Typically 6-8 years of experience in strategic procurement/inventory/supply chain management
3. Experience and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools such as Power B', Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong business Sense with a clear understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals.
5. Excellent analytic skills and strong ability to retain and relay large amounts Of information
6. Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
8. Strong leadership ability and positive, proactive approach to working in a dynamic, progressive environment.
9. Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and excellent problem-solving methods.
