Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to lead internal communications and coordinate employee engagement events across the site in Malaysia. You will craft newsletters, video messages and campaigns, partner with PLT and HR, and help attract top talent with external marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or event planning.
• 3–5+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Curiosity for innovative ways to reach audiences.
• Outstanding written skills with high-quality content creation.
• Attention to detail, strong branding and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications including newsletters, video messages and general communications.
• Create communications for non-networked (DL) employees.
• Partner with Plant Leadership Team (PLT) to build executive presentations and communications.
• Partner with HR to build external marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
• Coordinate engagement events with site leadership throughout the year.
• Design activities and internal campaigns using data from engagement surveys and feedback.
