• Experience in B2B semiconductor/manufacturing desirable.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and editing.
• Ability to craft materials across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Kulim site's Internal Communications plan.
• Support initiatives contributing to site KPIs and engagement.
• Collaborate with site leadership on key messages for employees.
• Plan, deliver, and measure internal communications across channels.
• Create content for articles, newsletters, speeches, and videos.
• Coordinate AHMs, newsletters, town halls, and site activities.
• Contribute to the company e-magazine with site stories.
• Manage intranet, digital screens, and email newsletters.
