Leviat in Subang Jaya is looking for a Senior/Intermediate Structure Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Malaysia. You will contribute to diverse building and infrastructure projects, balancing on-site collaboration with flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations.
• Experience with Computer-aided Design (CAD) tools for drawings.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registration or working towards chartered/PE status is an advantage.
• Experience in building structures, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Role Description

This is a full-time Senior/Intermediate Structure Engineer role based in Subang Jaya on a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves performing structural analysis and design for a variety of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. The Structure Engineer will prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, and drawings, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include using computer-aided design tools, coordinating with project stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and supporting project delivery from concept through detailed design and construction. The role may also involve contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, product development, and the refinement of engineering processes and standards.
