Job summary
Konan Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept to delivery. The role is on-site in Shah Alam, Selangor, requiring a strong portfolio and leadership in design development and client presentations.
You will collaborate with architects, contractors and vendors, manage budgets and timelines, mentor junior designers, and stay current with design trends and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional interior design experience.
- Formal qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and BIM tools.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and develop interior design schemes for residential, commercial and hospitality spaces.
- Conduct detailed site analysis and client consultations to understand requirements and constraints.
- Create design proposals with mood boards, floor plans, 3D visualisations and specifications.
