Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversee and manage complaints/incidents related to corruption, including bribery, abuse of power, and financial fraud.
• Receive, register, and respond to allegations of corruption by initiating preliminary investigations.
• Prepare thorough investigation reports for management review and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Create and encourage ethical behavior to foster a high integrity culture within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Assist the Manager and Head of Corporate Integrity to oversee and manage complaints/incidents related to corruption matters.
• Receive, register, and respond to allegations by initiating preliminary investigations.
• Provide investigative coverage or oversight to non‑criminal complaints involving employee conduct as assigned by the Head of Division.
• Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies (MOT, MOF, MAVCOM, MACC, PDRM, SC, SSM, LHDN, MCMC, BNM, LFSA).
• Conduct periodic meetings with Department/Agency Heads and senior management to discuss integrity/governance issues.
• Regularly update case status and progress to the Head of Unit in a structured manner.
• Suggest improvements to policies/guidelines/procedures within the organization.
