Confidential is seeking a Senior Executive in the Corrective Section to coordinate and conduct detection, verification and corrective actions. The role supports governance, integrity initiatives and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Responsibilities include leading investigations, preparing reports with findings, and liaising with internal departments and authorities to ensure compliant resolutions and preventive measures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• CeIO certification prioritized for the role.
• Certifications from IIM or similar bodies preferred.
• Knowledge of NACP, NACS, and MACC Act requirements.
• Experience in governance, risk management and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detection and verification of alleged misconduct and breaches.
• Provide recommendations and follow-up actions per policies and SOPs.
• Act as advisory resource to promote integrity and accountability.
• Investigate, interview witnesses, and prepare documentation with chain of custody.
• Submit verified cases to law enforcement when needed.
• Monitor corrective measures and track action plans to closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organisation.
