Job summary

Capco Malaysia is seeking a Business Consultant – Insurance Transformation to lead and support large-scale transformation programmes across Life, General, and Motor Insurance. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape operating models, digital capabilities, and enterprise solutions, blending business insight with delivery leadership.

This consulting‑style role requires strong engagement, problem-solving, and hands-on delivery experience beyond traditional BA work.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in insurance transformation, consulting, or enterprise change.
• Strong domain knowledge across Life, General, and Motor Insurance.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-level insurance transformation initiatives across core insurance domains (Life, General, Motor).
• Drive transformation outcomes across strategy, operating model design, process re-engineering, and technology enablement.
• Translate business vision and objectives into scalable operating models, target-state processes, and transformation roadmaps.
• Partner closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and delivery partners.
