Job summary

Magnum Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a technician to set up, operate and monitor injection moulding machines and robotic systems, with hands-on moulding experience and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems to optimise production quality and output.

You will perform mould changeovers, optimise production quality, and collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve non-conformities.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Polymer Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in injection moulding operations.
• Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge in E&E; knowledge in robotic systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines and robotic systems.
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain optimal production quality and output.
• Perform mould changeovers efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve product non-conformities.
