Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Engineer to support production goals and assist in reviewing existing and new equipment and processes. You will troubleshoot molding issues, lead continuous improvement projects, ensure product quality, and work with operations to deliver on-time customer shipments while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Diploma or certificate in plastic injection molding or mechanical engineering and at least five years of hands-on

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Plastic Injection Molding / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience with plastic injection molding.
Exposure to molding equipment such as MTC and robotic fixtures.
Systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to engineers on samples of new tools and materials for manufacturing products.
Troubleshoot injection molding processes to identify root causes and advise on tooling and equipment issues.
Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize molding processes and meet customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure production areas are orderly.
