Job summary

Trisen Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior/Technical Lead to oversee injection moulding machine setup, mould changes and process adjustment in Selangor. You will set and optimise parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time, and troubleshoot machine, mould and product quality issues.

Requirements

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Plastic Injection Moulding or related technical field.
• Preferably 5 years or above of hands-on injection moulding experience.
• Strong knowledge of machine setup, moulding parameters and process troubleshooting.
• Able to independently solve technical and production problems.
• Good leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and willing to work shifts when required.
