Job summary

Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission invites applications for a policy and infrastructure planning role based in Cyberjaya. The candidate will study policies, draft guidelines, and support the development of technical codes and regulatory frameworks to facilitate nationwide communications infrastructure deployment.

The role requires 4–8 years of telecom sector experience and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in telecommunications industry/vendors.
• Experience in policy development and infrastructure guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Study and provide input on the development of policies, guidelines, technical codes and frameworks for MCMC to facilitate infrastructure development.
• Oversee and advise on new guidelines or reviews to support infrastructure development at state and national levels.
• Provide input on reviews and enhancements of guidelines, codes, processes and frameworks for alignment with digital infrastructure development.
