Job summary

The role involves ensuring alignment with CMA 1998, drafting official communications, coordinating with Legal Advisory, and supporting senior management with regulatory tasks and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Public Policy, Public Administration, Communications, Regulatory Studies or related fields.
• Experience in regulatory, legal or policy work is advantageous.
• Familiar with CMA 1998 and related regulatory frameworks.
• Strong writing and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare policy papers, reports, minutes, correspondence and briefing materials.
• Review documents to ensure CMA 1998 alignment with regulations and CMA directions.
• Draft official letters and regulatory communications to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal Advisory Department on regulatory matters.
• Prepare responses and feedback for management and stakeholders.
