Qualifications

• Proven experience in sustaining or production test engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of Analog and Logic IC devices.
• Practical experience with semiconductor ATE platforms.

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing production test programs for stability and quality.
• Conduct investigations on yield excursions and test failures.
• Ensure test program changes are validated and documented.
