Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking an experienced System Architecture & Integration professional in Malaysia to lead system integration strategies for control, safety, and monitoring across DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and third-party systems. Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in system integration within oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Proven experience with major control platforms (e.g., DCS,IPS).
• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, Foundation Field Bus, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with safety systems (SIS), fire & gas systems, and data historians (e.g., PI System).
• Experience in managing integration projects in brownfield and greenfield environments.
• Experience in handling and delivering projects in turnaround or shutdown event.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of system integration strategies for control, safety, and monitoring systems.
• Provide overview of system architecture diagrams, network layouts, and integration documentation.
• Ensure compatibility and communication between DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and third-party systems.
