Job summary

You will design and implement efficient manufacturing layouts, optimize material flow, storage and waste reduction, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities. The role requires collaboration with Facilities and other departments and will involve onsite assessments, timeline and cost summarization for expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with semiconductor process flow, layout efficiency, and floor space utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and implementing efficient and effective layouts for manufacturing facilities.
• Optimize the flow of materials and products, product storage, minimize waste and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Perform onsite assessments together with Facilities and machines owners to validate layout feasibility, verify physical and infrastructure constraints, and ensure that proposed layouts accurately reflect operational condition.
• Work with related departments to discuss the practical implementation of the plan.
• Summarize timeline and costing for production expansion plan.

Qualifications

• Education background: Bachelor degree of Engineering or Science
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Technical skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in semiconduction process flow, layout efficiency and floor space utilization improvement.
