Effective communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Advanced skills in materials cost structure and analysis; AI proficiency.

Responsibilities

Implement processes to monitor customer happiness with key suppliers.
Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers and internal partners.
Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals; manage RFQ processes.
Collaborate with customers to deliver strategic procurement solutions and drive cost-effectiveness.
Leverage AI to improve category management and analytics.
