Job summary

HID Global in India is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end India payroll within the APAC Payroll Shared Services team. You will lead the transition from ADP to an in-house payroll model using BIPO and occasionally back-up the APAC Payroll Manager to support other APAC countries.

You will bring deep India payroll expertise, strong statutory compliance knowledge, payroll accounting capability, and hands-on experience delivering payroll transformation in a multinational shared

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Minimum 8 years’ payroll experience with significant India payroll responsibility.
• Experience in payroll implementations, migrations, transformations, or insourcing/outsourcing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee ADP-to-BIPO transition, including design, testing, data validation, and go-live.
• Ensure governance, controls, and statutory compliance for Indian payroll.
• Own payroll reconciliations, month-end accounting, and reporting.
