Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a Portfolio & PnL leader to drive topline revenue growth and manage seller investments, with a track record in leading cross-functional teams and optimizing performance. You will mentor contract staff, identify high-potential sellers, and tailor growth roadmaps while building a central monitoring framework to track incubation cohorts and drive operational excellence.

The role requires strong analytics, mastery of Excel/Sheets, and excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of direct team lead or people management experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Adept at narrative building and crafting presentation decks.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets to turn raw data into actionable insights
• Adept at narrative building and crafting presentation decks
• Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Melayu. Able to converse comfortably in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Self-driven with strong business acumen and interest in accelerating growth
