Job summary

Ørsted in Malaysia is seeking an IAM Operations Specialist to support Identity and Access Management across our global IT landscape, ensuring secure and reliable IAM services.

You will perform lifecycle management, monitoring, patching, and configuration of the IGA solution, with a focus on SailPoint, AD, and scripting in PowerShell/Java.

Join a SAFe environment and collaborate with IT and OT teams to deliver timely maintenance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and large-scale deployments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and IAM security principles.
• Experience with IGA solutions (SailPoint preferred) and scripting (PowerShell/Java).

Responsibilities

• Perform lifecycle management across IAM solutions incl. integration into systems.
• Run operational services: monitoring, patching and backups.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and incident management.
• Configure and onboard applications to the IGA solution.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on network, servers, OS and DB issues.
• Ensure timely patching and upgrades of IAM solutions.
• Support IT goals and contribute to security objectives.
