Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Engineer (Controls & HVAC) to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chillers, HVAC equipment, and control systems. The role is based at HQ in Shah Alam and requires strong technical and leadership skills, with on-site work (5 days).

Responsibilities include overseeing technicians, liaising with customers to resolve issues, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting field operations with diagnostic and calibration tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in chiller systems and air-conditioning.
• Working experience in data center environments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Trane chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians to complete jobs safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
