Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Site Safety Supervisor for Penang with mandatory Yellow Book certification and 5+ years in HSE on industrial projects. You will oversee site safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage contractor safety performance while supporting documentation and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will have pharma/semiconductor or manufacturing exposure, a strong construction background, and be based in Penang with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Yellow Book certification.
• 8–10 years of HSE experience in industrial construction projects.
• Based in Penang; immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day site HSE supervision (approx. 80% site-based, 20% documentation).
• Conduct safety inspections and monitor compliance with site HSE requirements.
• Support CDM implementation, review, and on-site safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, incident records, and statutory documentation.
• Review construction work packs, method statements, and safety submissions.
• Promote safe work practices and support safety awareness initiatives.
