Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Penang seeks a Senior Site Safety Supervisor with a mandatory Yellow Book certification and at least 5 years of HSE experience in industrial projects. You will oversee site safety operations, ensure compliance with HSE regulations, manage contractor safety performance, and support documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Yellow Book certification is mandatory.
• Based in Penang, immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day site HSE supervision (approx. 80% site-based, 20% documentation).
• Conduct safety inspections and monitor compliance with site HSE requirements.
• Support CDM implementation, review, and on-site safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, incident records, and statutory documentation.
• Review construction work packs, method statements, and safety submissions.
• Promote safe work practices and safety awareness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with client, company, and regulatory HSE requirements.
