Job summary

Ceramic Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM) is seeking a Senior HSE Executive to ensure compliance with Malaysian HSE guidelines and lead program initiatives across departments. You will drive safety, quality, and halal practices while mentoring staff on best practices.

The role requires a Green Book, 5–7 years in manufacturing HSE, and proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, with strong knowledge of Malaysian regulations and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Green Book Holder and experience in Process Safety Management.
• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment in manufacturing.
• Competencies in AESP, AGTES, Train the Trainer; Lean Six Sigma welcomed.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian safety, health and environmental regulations (FMA, OSHA, Fire Services Act, Poison Act, EQA).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent CCM to external statutory and regulatory agencies (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, PDRM, MPPG, SIRIM).
• Maintain SHE, Quality and Halal management systems per ISO 45001/14001 and Halal standards.
• Plan and manage Operational Excellence projects using Lean Six Sigma and quality tools.
• Lead staff training programs to raise awareness and ownership of SHE culture.
• Provide reporting to CCM Group Sustainability Department on HSE and OE.
• Advise Transport and Distribution on safety programs.
