Job summary

Bitget is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with leadership across global teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will apply advanced HR theories to enhance talent development, compensation, performance, and employee relations while aligning with business strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or higher, has 8+ years of HRBP experience, and demonstrates strong bilingual English/Mandarin communication, collaboration, and rapid adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering with a global or international scope.
• Solid understanding of core HR functions including performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
