Job summary

Vistra in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People Operations & Performance team. The role supports two VP HR Partner portfolios and coordinates with COEs across geographies to enable high-quality HR service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in organizational development and change management within multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated capability as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Generalist.
• Strong experience in HR business partnering within multinational and/or matrix organizations.
• Experience operating across the full employment lifecycle in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational HR partnership across HR Partner portfolios and act as first point of contact.
• Advise Exco-2 leaders on people matters, policies, and processes.
• Support delivery of organizational change initiatives, including restructures and communications.
• Drive execution of remuneration reviews, performance calibrations, talent assessments, and people movements.
• Collate and analyze people data to inform decision-making and provide reporting for strategic conversations.
