Job summary

VHR Consultancy is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for a well-established public-listed manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur. This permanent, full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to shape people strategy and drive meaningful impact across the manufacturing plants.

You will partner with business leaders to design HR strategies, manage employee relations, oversee recruitment, and drive performance management in a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP or HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.

This is a permanent, full-time, onsite role based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to shape people strategy and drive meaningful impact across a manufacturing plants.

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support key business objectives
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for the business unit
• Manage and resolve complex HR and employee relations matters, promoting a fair and harmonious workplace
• Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure the business unit's manpower needs are met effectively
• Drive performance management processes, including performance-based reward frameworks
• Collaborate on talent management initiatives to strengthen the organisation's talent pipeline
• Review compensation and benefits practices to ensure market competitiveness
• Work closely with broader HR teams to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support
• Develop internal communication plans that keep business and employee messaging aligned
