Job summary

Ferring Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to coordinate core employee lifecycle processes across Southeast Asia, including recruitment support, onboarding, changes, leave, benefits and offboarding, and payroll coordination.

The role partners with local leadership to strengthen culture and engagement. Fluent in English and Malay; Workday experience is an advantage. Minimum 5 years in HR operations or generalist HR roles.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR operations, employee experience or generalist HR support.
• Experience across multiple Southeast Asian markets preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; proactive collaborator.
• Practical knowledge of HR administration and payroll coordination.
• Workday experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee changes, leave, benefits and offboarding.
• Ensure accurate HR administration, people data, documentation and payroll coordination across the supported countries.
• Maintain clear local processes and appropriate controls in line with company policies and local practices.
• Work with payroll, benefits and other service providers to resolve operational issues and maintain business continuity.
