Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with strong academic results.
• At least 2–3 years in HR, ideally with healthcare industry experience.
• Familiar with HRDC administrative matters is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with HR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs.
• Maintain learning records, training reports, and HR documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Manage HRDC grant applications and hospital sponsorship programs.
• Support organisational development projects like competency development and onboarding enhancements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
• Handle credentialing and privileging processes for employees.
• Prepare agreements and liaise with stakeholders throughout the process.
