Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and offers.
• Organise career fairs, university recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities.
• Execute onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Handle work passes applications and renewals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate development with department heads.
• Maintain HR records in HRIS and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct exit interviews and clearance for leavers.
