Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage site-level HR operations, drive workforce effectiveness and employee engagement. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training administration and compliance with local labour regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field with at least 4 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing setting and strong communication skills.
