Job summary

Palm-Oleo Sdn. Bhd. (Gate A) in Malaysia seeks an Instrumentation Technician to perform calibration and preventive maintenance on instruments, ensuring equipment runs at optimum conditions.

You will follow Occupational Safety guidelines, SOPs and quality standards, practice TPM and good housekeeping, and troubleshoot and repair instrument systems as required.

Attendance allowance and annual increment with a non-contractual bonus are offered, along with strong opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in Electro-Mechanical field / Instrument & Control.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Able to work shifts. (3 shifts).

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure optimum operation.
• Ensure safe work environment and adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrument systems as required.

Job description

To perform calibration and preventive maintenance on all instrument to ensure all equipment are running at optimum conditions.

To ensure safe work environment for all employees.

To ensure all standard operating procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.

Practice TPM and good housekeeping in work area.

To perform trouble shooting and repair of instrument system where ever required.

Any other matter may be assigned from time to time.

Compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factory & Machinery Act 1967 and Responsible Care.

Comply with all quality standards and requirements imposed by the Company and product specification required by local and international clients.

Job Success Requirements:

Minimum Certificate in Electro-Mechanical field / Instrument & Control.
