Job summary

MISC Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with business units, implement HR strategies, and drive people initiatives.

You will coordinate HR processes, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and organisation development to support workforce effectiveness and employee experience.

The role also covers contract renewals, talent management and reporting, with emphasis on timely delivery and alignment with Group HR direction.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
• Experience executing end-to-end HR processes and supporting stakeholders
• Experience coordinating multiple HR programmes across stakeholders
• Experience preparing workforce analyses, management reports and presentations
• Experience supporting organisation changes and engagement initiatives would be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of HR plans and initiatives within the assigned Business Unit
• Serve as operational HR partner for line managers and employees
• Execute HR activities across workforce planning, performance management, engagement, OD and employee relations
• Coordinate end-to-end contract employee lifecycle and renewals
• Maintain workforce records and HR analytics for reviews and management meetings
• Support organisation development initiatives including restructuring and change management
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and system requirements
