Job summary

JAYA GROCER is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive to oversee hostel management, from negotiating leases to handling tenancy agreements. You will coordinate directly with landlords and ensure tenancy matters are efficiently managed.

The ideal candidate should have a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or Estate Management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and be proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing and leasing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters for company hostel.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and coordinate with landlords.
• Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and management reports.
• Research and source suitable properties for company hostel.
