Job summary

DK-MY Properties in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate the development and construction of high-rise property projects. You will represent the Developer, monitor progress, coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors, and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards, budget and schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline and 5–8 years of building

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related.
5–8 years of relevant building construction experience.
Experience in high‑rise or mixed‑use developments preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate high-rise development construction progress.
Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, quality standards, budget and schedule.
Monitor progress against project schedule and manage potential delays.
Attend site and coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
Review submittals, RFIs, and design changes with stakeholders.
Support cost monitoring and management of variations and claims.
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements.
