Job summary

PwC South Africa in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Senior Associate for General Tax Consulting with a focus on HR/Payroll system integration. You will drive end-to-end HCM integration projects, leveraging Oracle HCM, APIs, and middleware to map data between client HR systems and PwC’s HCM Product.

Responsibilities include collaborating with HR, payroll and IT teams, designing data mappings, and implementing integration workflows while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Integrator, System Analyst, or similar role in enterprise HR/payroll integration.
• Implementation experience in enterprise HCM Payroll across multiple countries is required.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance and Claims modules.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services and middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and data mapping techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assess current HR and payroll systems and identify integration requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll and IT teams to gather and document integration needs.
• Design data mapping between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM Product for data transfer.
• Develop and test integration workflows, scripts and APIs.
• Monitor and maintain integration processes ensuring data integrity.
