Responsibilities

• Manage sales channels including branch network, internal stakeholders and external partners to drive acquisitions for HLBB payments.
• Develop and implement tactical programs/campaigns to increase sales activities and productivity.
• Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business, projects and campaigns.
• Understand payments industry trends, emerging technologies and SME lifecycle to support HLBB growth.
• Collaborate across departments to create merchant opportunities through cross-selling and upselling in the SME lifecycle.
• Support collaborations to ensure cross-selling opportunities and portfolio revenue growth.
• Conduct analysis of sales data, merchant volumes and product penetration to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish a robust performance tracking framework using internal dashboards.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting sales growth, merchant acquisition and revenue.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify gaps, trends and root causes with actionable insights.
• Identify farming opportunities in the merchant portfolio for upselling and cross-selling payment solutions.
• Analyze effectiveness of current sales channels and onboarding strategies.
• Analyze market potential, competitor activities and internal data to set realistic targets.
