Responsibilities

• Recruit and service the merchant portfolio to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business opportunities.
• Drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth from acquiring sales and terminals.
• Perform financial analysis and make recommendations on merchant projects.
• Handle merchant inquiries and resolve issues related to payments, terminals and integrations.
• Ensure KRAs are met, including sales targets, revenue, terminals, and CASA/EPP growth.
