Job summary

World Class Land (Georgetown) Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (WCL) is expanding its finance team in Penang to lead group reporting, consolidation, and corporate compliance activities.

Based in Georgetown, Penang, this hands-on role reports to senior management and collaborates with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and company secretaries. The role focuses on group reporting, consolidation, and SGX-related compliance, with no people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting.
• Intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries experience.
• Ability to analyse financial results and provide reporting insights.
• ACCA/CPA/CA qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidated financial statements.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and consolidation adjustments.
• Analyse financial results and provide reporting insights to management.
• Maintain consolidation schedules and reporting templates.
• Handle full sets of accounts for investment holding entities.
