Responsibilities

• Responsible for quarterly Group consolidation report and perform analytical review on result.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and commentaries reporting from regional subsidiaries.
• Prepare consolidated cash balance for the Group.
• Prepare and monitor the consolidated indebtedness for the Group.
• Prepare monthly Group accounts.
• Provide detailed analytical review on monthly performance against budget.
• Liaison with finance counterparts in various countries.
• Liaison with financial institutions/external parties.
• Ensure Financial Statements comply with statutory accounting standards/IFRS.
